2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and most EU countries.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.

If a package is returned to us due to customs issues, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees) once we receive the returned package.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept wire transfer, Unionpay major or Alipay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@gdherb.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.
Q: Where is my order confirmation? A: An order confirmation email is automatically sent to you immediately after purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food and herbal products, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and email it to us at support@gdherb.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
